Tech trading means selling it, you'll get a few million to do the buying part.

Alright, i have almost 130 tech to sell (trade), show me the $$!

First off, get out of peace mode, secondly, read the tech trade guide, you don't buy more than 50 tech at a time if you want to pull a profit.

Thirdly, do the audit and quiz (see the Academy).
